Outside Dog Club Service Agreement

OUTSIDE DOG CLUB SERVICE AGREEMENT
By requesting services from Outside Dog Club (“ODC”), I confirm that I am authorized to arrange care for the pet(s) listed in my account and agree to the following terms.
Pet & Home Information
I agree to provide complete and accurate information regarding my pet’s health, medications, behavior, bite history, aggression or reactivity, escape tendencies, care routine, and any other information that could affect the safety of my pet, ODC, other people, or animals. I will keep this information updated.
I authorize ODC to enter my home as necessary to provide scheduled services using the access method I have provided. I agree to disclose if other people, service providers, or animals may be present in the home during scheduled care.
Pet Care & Safety
I authorize ODC to provide reasonable care consistent with the instructions in my "client" and "pet" profiles. I understand that animals can behave unpredictably and that pet care, walking, play, transportation when necessary, and outdoor activity involve inherent risks.
I authorize ODC to use appropriate leashes, collars, harnesses, gates, crates, and other safety measures when caring for my pet. I understand that ODC may modify or discontinue an activity if ODC believes continuing would be unsafe for the pet, caregiver, another person, or another animal.
Veterinary & Emergency Care
If my pet becomes ill or injured and I cannot be reached, I authorize ODC to contact my veterinarian or an appropriate emergency veterinary facility and obtain care reasonably believed necessary for my pet’s health or safety. I authorize transportation of my pet for emergency veterinary care when necessary.
I understand that I am financially responsible for veterinary treatment, medications, transportation, and other expenses incurred on behalf of my pet. ODC will make reasonable efforts to contact me and/or my emergency contact as soon as practical.
Scheduling, Cancellations & Payment
Service requests are not confirmed until accepted by ODC. I agree to pay the rates, applicable additional-pet charges, holiday surcharges, and other charges shown when services are booked.
Cancellation terms and any applicable cancellation charges will be communicated through ODC’s booking system and/or at the time of booking. I understand that services may be declined or discontinued if payment is not made as required.
Overnight Services
For overnight pet sitting, I understand that ODC provides overnight care in my home during the agreed service period. Unless specifically agreed otherwise, overnight service does not mean that the caregiver will remain inside the home continuously for 24 hours. I will provide accurate instructions regarding feeding, medications, sleeping arrangements, potty needs, home security, and the amount of time my pet may safely be left alone.
Liability
I understand that ODC will exercise reasonable care while providing services. To the extent permitted by law, I agree that ODC is not responsible for loss, injury, illness, damage, escape, or other events resulting from circumstances outside ODC’s reasonable control, undisclosed medical or behavioral conditions, inaccurate or incomplete client instructions, actions of the pet, or actions of third parties who have access to the home or pet during the service period.
I accept responsibility for injuries or damages caused by my pet, resulting from behavior or risks that I knew or reasonably should have known about and did not disclose to ODC.
Photos & Media
ODC may communicate with me by phone, text, email, or through the client portal regarding my pet and scheduled services. ODC may take photos or videos of my pet during services for updates and documentation. Photos or videos may also be shared on Outside Dog Club’s website or social media unless I have requested that my pet not be featured publicly. For the safety and privacy of our clients and their pets, ODC will never publicly share a client’s home address, exact location, or information that could reasonably identify locations of the pet or home.
Acknowledgment
By accepting this agreement, I confirm that I have read and understand these terms and that the information I provide to Outside Dog Club is accurate to the best of my knowledge.
